For questions about their account or banking, users have to click on the small ‘Help Centre’ button in the top corner of the screen, where they must scroll through several FAQs to find the information they require. Likewise, if they want to contact customer support, they have to go to the ‘Contact us’ button at the bottom of the page. There’s no live chat service, either. For guests, there is little information about banking and registered users have to go to the deposit page to see the different options available. Deposits can be made by card, PayPal, Skrill or Neteller, while bank transfer is an additional option for withdrawals.
